At Large Vacancies

The Rehoboth Beach Public Library is seeking additional at-large, non-voting members for the Board of Trustees.

We look for dynamic, positive individuals who would give their energy to the library. They would be part of a team that will lead the library into a new era. Planning is currently underway for a renovation/expansion of library facilities. We are particularly seeking individuals with experience in HR, fundraising, and marketing.

By law, the Board may only have five voting members at a given time. At-large members do not vote on decisions. However, they still attend monthly meetings and provide input on the operation and future direction of the library. It is an exciting opportunity to learn the functions of the Board and responsibilities involved for members.
