The program which was providing COVID test kits to Delaware libraries is no longer in operation. If you need a test, visit Delaware’s Coronavirus website to find testing locations, request a home test kit, and other important information for Delaware.

Get a Delaware Library Card!

All Delaware residents are eligible for a free library card. Complete a registration form and present it with a photo ID at your local Delaware public library. Delaware non-residents may apply for a non-resident card. Just visiting? Get a visitor card! Computers

Computers are free to use with a Delaware Library Card or with a guest pass. The Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Publisher is installed on all computers. Visit our “Computer Use” page for more information and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Wireless

Free Wireless access is provided to all as a public service. No password or card is needed. The connection name is Library-Public.
